Kooks 1-7/8" x 3" stainless long tube headers built for raised-port heads with a 3" inline bolt pattern. No adapter plates are required — these bolt directly to the listed cylinder heads. 16 gauge 304 stainless construction with mandrel-bent primaries delivers clean flow and durability. 3/8" thick laser-cut flanges resist warping under repeated heat cycling.
Fits 1979-1993 Ford Mustang Fox Bodies with a 351 (9.5 deck) SBF running Canfield, Avenger, AFR 225, Z304, or Pro Topline cylinder heads. Raised port height places the primary at the right angle for these heads' exhaust geometry. Installation requires a UPR or BMR tubular K-member, Powermaster 9503 starter, and 5.0L / 5.8L motor mounts. Plan the chassis geometry as a system before ordering.

Every Kooks header is welded by experienced fabricators in the same shop where the company's racing roots were established. 304 stainless construction handles thermal cycling and salt-belt exposure that destroys mild steel headers in a few seasons.
Gaskets and bolt kit required for installation are included. Pair with a matching Kooks 3" connection pipe or X-pipe to complete the system. Replacement gaskets sold separately.
