Kooks HEMI left-side (driver) header flange — the D-shaped port matches the HEMI head's exhaust port geometry for unrestricted flow. For fabricators building custom HEMI headers for 2009+ Eagle, SRT8, or Hellcat applications.
Fits 5.7L (2009+) / 6.1L / 6.2L / 6.4L HEMI. Stock HEMI bolt pattern with D-shaped port sized for 1-7/8" primaries. Not compatible with 2005-2008 5.7L HEMI heads.
