Kooks HEMI left-side (driver) header flange with 2" port — for big-cube or boosted HEMI custom builds where the larger primary becomes the restriction. The D-shaped port matches the HEMI head's port geometry.
Fits 5.7L (2009+) / 6.1L / 6.2L / 6.4L HEMI. Stock HEMI bolt pattern with D-shaped port sized for 2" primaries. Not compatible with 2005-2008 5.7L HEMI heads.

Every component is fabricated by experienced fabricators in the same shop where the company's racing roots were established. 3/8" thick 304 stainless steel resists warping under sustained high-output heat.
