One of the most critical armor pieces — the front skid takes the brunt of rock bashes, bottom-outs, and general abuse off pavement. We built ours to hold up to it.
Built from .185" steel, with an oil filter access door and oil drain door with countersunk holes for the bolts.
Available in raw finish (must be painted before install) or with black powder coating. There is NO warranty on the powder coating on skids due to their intended use — including shipping and handling marks on the powder. If you care about a perfect powder finish, order raw and have them powder-coated locally.
