Low-profile aluminum extrusion rack for the 2005-2023 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab.
New lower-profile design with powder-coated aluminum extrusion crossbars and stainless steel formed side rails. The side rails feature a stiffening bend for serious rigidity and rust-proof construction.
Includes seven crossbars (counting the wind fairing crossbar) and M6 black-oxide stainless steel hardware. A rubber edge trim bulb seals against the roof to keep wind noise down. Powder-coated extrusion crossbars hold their color in the elements and won't turn chalky like anodized aluminum does outdoors.
The rack installs to factory threaded holes in the roof — no drilling or permanent modifications. (We recommend installing a strip of 3M paint protection film under the edge trim to keep dust and debris from rubbing the paint.)
