QA1 70-74 Mopar E-Body Rear Coil-Over Conversion Kit , Convert your classic Charger, Coronet, Challenger, Barracuda or other Mopar B or E-Body vehicle from leaf spring rear suspension to a QA1 coil-over kit that uses a triangulated 4 link design. This is the best way to gain a more planted feel, make room for larger wheels and tires and correct the wheelbase of classic Mopars. The kit allows you to run a 3" bumper exit exhaust. This modern design instantly delivers a more modern driving experience on the street while giving you the adjustability to maximize performance at the autocross, road course and drag strip. QA1 Mopar rear suspension systems come complete with powder-coated tubular components-including the cross member, upper trailing arms and lower trailing arms-and all installation necessary hardware. Kits work with popular rear axles including Mopar 8 3/4", Ford 9" and Dana 60 rear ends. Choose the appropriate part number when selecting your kit. The MOD Series shocks provide peak performance on the track and drag strip, delivering the aggressive force curves required for top-tier pro touring and drag racing cars. These shocks maximize tunability with modular valve packs. You can dramatically change your valving in minutes without ever taking the shock off the car, losing/contaminating oil or worrying about your nitrogen charge. QA1 coil-over rear suspension systems can be paired with an optional QA1 sway bar to further enhance handling characteristics and prevent body roll during hard launches. Carbon Fiber Driveshafts-

​Changing track conditions don't have to affect your performance. That's why QA1 offers two carbon fiber driveshaft options for super late models, limited late models, and Wissota and IMCA dirt late models. While both provide unmatched performance on any track, they each have their unique features designed to provide extra benefits in specific conditions. Our 3.2'' XMA style driveshaft takes advantage of rough conditions, providing extra alignment to avoid binding. Specifically engineered for tacky or rough conditions, the 3.2" dirt late model carbon fiber driveshafts offer extreme U-joint misalignment (XMA). The tube on this shaft has a higher torsional stiffness that results in less twist, which is great for heavy, fast, or rough tracks where traction isn't limited. The XMA style provides more U-joint misalignment than other designs on the market, and this prevents binding near the pinion yoke, allows more rear suspension articulation and provides more clearance under deceleration, which is especially critical when the car is "on the bars" during corner entry. The driveshafts have a uniform wall thickness created by optimum fiber lay up that ensures high RPM stability as well as extreme torque capacities. A thoroughly engineered surface protection is used to withstand extreme racing environments and provide a worry-free performance. The forged yokes are precision CNC machined and are specially developed for QA1's 11 step bonding procedure that ensures a better balance and minimal material waste. All QA1 driveshafts are precision balanced, track tested and proven. They are lighter, stiffer, stronger and safer than steel or aluminum driveshafts, and available in a variety of lengths and with or without a slip yoke. Custom lengths are also available.
