Kooks dual-pattern Ford Coyote / Voodoo header flange — covers the Gen 1/2/3 Coyote 5.0 and Voodoo / Predator 5.2L pattern AND the Gen 4 Coyote 5.0 pattern in one flange. One flange covers the full Coyote/Voodoo head ecosystem, useful for fabricators building headers for multiple Coyote variants.
Fits Ford 5.0L Coyote (all gens) and 5.2L Voodoo / Predator. Round ports sized for 1-3/4" primaries.
