The B&B Exhaust CRUISER muffler for the non-turbo Polaris RZR 1000 is aimed at riders who want a better exhaust note without the fatigue of an all-day roar. Tuned for a moderate sound level, the CRUISER uses an internal Helmholtz design to shape the tone, giving the RZR a quality voice that stays pleasant over long rides and around camp.
B&B builds it from genuine 304 stainless steel — not the lesser 409 alloy — for lasting durability against heat, mud, and weather. A black heat shield comes included, and red and blue shields are available separately if you want the muffler to match your machine. Like the SPORT version, the CRUISER enables Stage 1 tuning, so it pairs cleanly with a first-stage performance calibration.
- Fits Polaris RZR 1000 (non-turbo)
