Introducing the new (CPAM) Colorado/Canyon Powered Accessory Mount for the 2015-2022 Chevrolet Colorado and GMC Canyon. ___ The CPAM is a solid and versatile dash mounting system for the Colorado and Canyon line of trucks.  ___ Our Chevrolet Colorado GMC Canyon Dash Mount (CPAM) Powered: enhances the functionality of the factory dash by providing a solid base mounting system for the vehicle. ___ The CPAM is Precision manufactured from 5052 Aluminum for weight savings and designed for maximum strength.  ___ Featuring ___ One 9" RAM Mounts Tough Track Rail mount 4 additional top mounting locations that are pre threaded 10/32 in the AMPS pattern, for diamond base ball mounts. USB C or USB A Options Powder Coated Flat Textured Black. ___ Compatible with Bose dash speakers ___ The CPAM mounts using through screws in the top dash cubby area as well as a center mount that utilizes factory radio attachment points creating a solid platform for secure mounting.   ___ ****Installation Notes**** ___ As our mounts are designed for maximum strength the CPAM does require drilling for installation. ___ In addition to drilling the CPAM requires Minor Trimming on of the topmost edge of the replaceable plastic radio trim surround; the trimming is in two small sections that are unseen when the mount is installed and is required for the support bracket that ties into the factory radio mounting location. ___ This is a necessary component and is important for the strength of the mount. ___ The CPAM is a semi technical install requiring drilling, minor trimming of plastic and basic wiring of the provided USB Charger, the complete install should take the average installer 1.5-2 hrs.
