Interference in the throttle position sensor circuits (APPS) on Dodge Cummins engines from 1994 to 2005 will create false voltage readings in the APPS Accelerator Pedal Position Sensor circuit and cause the lock-up torque converter to rapidly cycle on and off as you drive. This quick and easy fix removes the annoying and potentially harmful RF interference.
