The mid-lower lock ring is the middle lock ring on a true coilover that sits right below the spring seat lock ring. This lock ring locks with the spring seat lock ring to ensure spring preload is set and will not loosen or tighten as the vehicle is driven. BC Racing lock rings are manufactured of 6061-T6 aluminum. Lock rings are manufactured in four sizes: 53mm x P2.0 thread pitch, 50mm x P1.5 thread pitch, 46mm x P1.5 thread pitch, and 44mm x P1.5 thread pitch. Each lock ring is sandblasted then anodized to protect the ring from corrosion.
