Our original product, a rubber air spring inserted into a car’s factory coil spring, was created and patented in 1950. The early years of stock car racing proved Air Lift’s air springs’ supreme versatility. Our products were widely used for twenty years by nearly every stock car racing team for twenty years, and our cars were among the top competitors on the NASCAR Grand National Circuit. We are proud of our racing roots and are committed to customizing our products for your needs on the road.

In the 1950s, Air Lift pioneered using air spring inserts in coil suspensions.

By the 1960s, we were already introducing sleeve-type air springs on pickup truck suspensions.

Then, in the 1980s, we provided air helper springs for motor homes and ambulances. Our constant ingenuity paved the way for street rods and lowered vehicles in the 1990s.

Today’s products are an evolution of Air Lift’s revolutionary development programs that apply the use of air springs in light truck and motor home suspensions. Air Lift has received the most awards in the industry from SEMA, recognizing our commitment to quality and innovation.​
