Large Five Layer Performance Air Filter: Momentum’s innovative filter-to-housing interface was built to feature the largest air filter possible. This 9” tall 360-degree radial flow air filter features a 7" x 4-3/4" flange and our pre-oiled Pro 5R media with five layers of progressively finer cotton gauze media for maximum performance. It provides your engine with the largest amount of high-flowing air and delivers the highest power gains in most cases. This media is perfect for street and/or track use. Its inverted top makes for more filter surface area, resulting in longer service intervals, while its expanded metal provides impact protection. Unique One-Piece Housing: The smooth one-piece sealed housing, constructed of heat-resistant cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), features our patented (US PAT 9440175) filter-to-housing interface. Its innovative design minimizes the total number of parts, making for an easy installation. A large, clear sight window allows for hassle-free filter inspection, without having to disassemble your system. Its auxiliary air inlet can be used to bring in additional air, or can be closed with an included plug. Dyno-Tuned Intake Tube: This system features a high quality, computer-designed, dyno-tuned intake tube to achieve maximum power gains while maintaining a perfect fit. Its XLPE material is heat soak resistant and extremely durable. Premium Components: Momentum GT intakes are designed with fewer parts for a fast and easy installation. This is a direct fit intake system that utilizes factory mounting points and requires no cutting or modifications. All necessary T-bolt clamps, couplings, and hardware are included. The Pro Dry S media is a three layer synthetic media, requires no filter oil, and cleans with soap and water. All aFe Power filters are washable and reusable. aFe specializes in the diesel truck performance aftermarket with a line-up of products for these applications. aFe's Pro Guard D2 filter program includes oil, fuel and transmission filters. The Blade Runner intake manifold inlet manifold released in 2007, pushes toward complete air flow management systems. aFe produces exhaust systems for diesel applications.
