The Intimidator for M8 Touring and Bagger models is a ground-up redesign built to pull the most horsepower and torque out of the Milwaukee-Eight. With over 1,000 hours of R&D behind it, it was the first fully CAD-designed Harley aftermarket exhaust — built to fit a wide range of touring bikes and perform right out of the box.
It runs 1 7/8" primaries stepped to 2" into a larger, airflow-optimized merge collector that balances velocity and back pressure for real gains across the RPM range. Stock or built motor, it flows more and pulls harder.
Designed and built in Denver, North Carolina, just outside Mooresville's Race City USA, by a team with NASCAR and NHRA experience.
