Coilover corners can take a hit in an accident or wear over many seasons of street and track use. While individual replacement parts are sold separately, a complete corner assembly is the simpler route for most owners — fewer parts to track down, no troubleshooting, and a fully built unit ready to bolt on. Each replacement corner ships pre-assembled with all components from the original setup. If the original kit was ordered with custom spring rates, revalved dampers, or an extreme-low configuration, that needs to be specified at order so the new corner is built to match. Standard kits drop the vehicle roughly 1 inch below OEM at maximum height and 2.5–3 inches at lowest setting; extreme-drop kits go about 2 inches below OEM at maximum and 4 inches at lowest.
