Our Returns & Refunds Policy outlines the process for returning or exchanging items purchased from https://goturbo.net/. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. Please read carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

1. Return Window

You may request a return or exchange for most items within 30 days of delivery. Due to supply chain constraints, we strongly recommend contacting us at support@goturbo.net before ordering to confirm stock availability, especially for items requiring immediate delivery.

2. Eligibility for Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

  • Eligible Items:
    • Must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in original, undamaged packaging.
    • Must include all original tags, manuals, and accessories.
  • Non-Returnable or Cancellable Items:
    • Special order items or items not regularly stocked (as indicated in the product description).
    • Engine components (e.g., camshafts, heads, pistons, or anything attached to or inside the engine block).
    • Interior parts (e.g., seats, steering wheels, trim).
    • Ceramic-coated or carbon fiber products.
    • Exhausts with black or carbon fiber tips.
    • Forced induction items (e.g., turbochargers, superchargers).
    • Body components (e.g., hoods, bed covers, winches, fenders, grilles, trunks, spoilers, lights, vents, scoops, toolboxes, side steps, bumpers, roofs).
    • Catalytic converters or off-road parts that replace catalytic converters (e.g., long tube headers).
    • Tuning equipment, handheld tuners, gauges, and electronics.
    • Wheels and tires.
    • Used or installed items.
    • Gift cards, software, or consumables (e.g., fluids, filters).
  • Note: Exhaust sound is subjective and not a valid reason for returning a used part.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Request an RMA: Contact us within 30 days of delivery at returns@goturbo.net or through our website’s return portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable, e.g., for defects).
  2. Approval: All returns and exchanges require prior approval. We will issue an RMA number if the request meets our criteria.
  3. Return Shipping:
    • Package the item securely in its original packaging, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.
    • Ship to: Armageddon Turbo & Performance Returns, 130 Palomas DR, Albuquerque, NM 87108.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped) or a defect, in which case we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
  4. Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the item within 3-5 business days to confirm it meets return criteria.

4. Refunds

  • Refund Eligibility: Approved returns will receive a refund for the product price and applicable taxes, issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of inspection.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the return is due to our error or a defect.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply to non-defective returns or exchanges, particularly for items returned without original packaging or in non-resalable condition.
  • Disputes: If you file a dispute with PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, or Affirm for delivered merchandise, and the payment issuer rules in our favor, the return policy is void, and all sales become final with no returns accepted.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation Requests: We strive to honor cancellation requests, but approval is at our sole discretion.
  • In-Stock Parts: Orders containing in-stock parts cannot be canceled. If some parts are in stock and others are not, in-stock parts will be shipped, and a refund will be issued for out-of-stock parts.
  • Timing: Orders cannot be canceled on the day of shipping.
  • Refused Shipments: If you refuse a shipped order, you will be charged return shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.
  • Cancellation Fee: Orders canceled within 30 days of placement may incur a 5% cancellation fee to cover merchant processing costs.
  • Non-Cancelable Items: Special order items (listed above under Non-Returnable Items) cannot be canceled. If an exception is made, a 25% restocking fee applies.
  • Product Variations: Items may vary slightly from website images due to production changes. If functionality is unaffected, returns are subject to the restocking fee.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

We are committed to ensuring a trouble-free experience. If an item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Reporting: Notify us within 15 days of delivery at returns@goturbo.net with photos of the item, packaging, and damage.
  • Refusal of Delivery: If possible, refuse delivery of a damaged item and inform the carrier. If accepted, retain all packaging and contact the shipping company to report damage.
  • Do Not Install: Do not install defective or mispackaged items, as installation voids damage claims.
  • Replacement Options:
    1. We will send a replacement once the shipping company or supplier receives the item back, verifies the damage, and reimburses us.
    2. If you need a replacement immediately, you may pay a 75% deposit for a new part, which will be refunded once the damaged item is returned and verified.
  • Warranty: Post-installation defects or issues beyond 15 days are handled through the manufacturer’s warranty. We do not provide warranty support for lights; contact the manufacturer directly.
  • Note: Once installed, items are considered customer property, and no damage or mispackaged claims can be processed.

7. International Returns

  • International customers may return eligible items within 30 days, subject to the same conditions as domestic returns.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes.
  • Refunds will be issued in USD to the original payment method, excluding original shipping fees.

8. Manufacturer Warranties

  • Defective items outside the 15-day damage reporting window or after installation are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty process. Contact us at support@goturbo.net for assistance in coordinating with the manufacturer.

9. General Disclaimers

  • Use at Your Own Risk: All products are used or installed at the buyer’s risk. We are not liable for damages, defects, or installation costs.
  • Product Information: We use manufacturer-provided images and descriptions whenever possible. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in this information. Contact us with questions before ordering.
  • Installation Costs: Installation costs are not reimbursable under any circumstances.
  • Pricing Errors: Prices are subject to change. In case of a pricing error, we may offer to cancel the order or adjust the price.
  • Off-Road Use: Exhaust systems or products replacing factory catalytic converters are sold for off-road use only. Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local emissions laws and manufacturer warranties.
  • Fitment Responsibility: Customers are responsible for verifying part fitment. Costs for replacing incorrectly ordered parts are not covered.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with the new effective date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
